ARKITEKT EQUITY Completes GP Registration for Institutional Private Funds Under Korea’s FSCMA

Seoul, South Korea – August 25, 2025 – ARKITEKT EQUITY (“ARKITEKT”) announced that it has completed its registration as a General Partner of Institutional Private Funds (IPFs) under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act (FSCMA) of the Republic of Korea.

The registration authorizes ARKITEKT to establish, sponsor, and manage institutional private funds for qualified institutional investors within Korea’s regulated private fund framework. As a registered GP, ARKITEKT will operate in compliance with FSCMA requirements governing fund formation, investor eligibility standards, fiduciary duties, internal controls, and regulatory reporting.

Completion of the GP registration represents a structural milestone in the institutionalization of ARKITEKT’s Korean investment platform.
